You end up with the FULL Retail version of Dead Space in a ISO format. 2 ways to install this ISO:

1- Mount ISO image on virtual drive like using Daemon, or Alcohol 120% or somtthing similar, etc. Or……..

2- burn the ISO image to double layer DVD. This will not fit on standard DVD, too big. Then install from the double layer DVD.
